Welcome to bsokdata Ltd. By creating an account and utilizing our VTU and Data Gifting services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Wallet Funding & Withdrawals

Funds deposited into your bsokdata wallet are strictly for the purchase of digital services (Data, Airtime, Utility bills) on this platform. Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn as raw cash to your bank account.

2. Transaction Finality

All successful transactions are final. Because we vend directly to telecommunication providers, once data or airtime is credited to a phone number, it cannot be reversed. Please double-check phone numbers before executing a transaction.

3. Third-Party Network Uptime

bsokdata Ltd connects to third-party providers (MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile, Electricity boards). We are not liable for delayed vending caused by network downtime from the official telecommunication providers. During such downtimes, transactions will pend and process automatically once the network restores.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and transaction PIN. bsokdata Ltd will not be held liable for any loss of wallet funds resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
